GUYS! Good Morning,
I have officially gone green.
My immune system has gone to shit so I had to take charge of myself. I hate self medicating and going to the hospital. I think they are gross and they spend too much of my time and damn money. I did a bit of research and found a couple of juices that I have been loving.
If you don’t have the time to make them you could always go with some of my favorites like @juicecures_254 and Art Cafe. The have such a fantastic selection of juices all you have to do is send them a DM and they will get back to you. However this is actually something I shot in the morning, it took me a few minutes to assemble and voila I was done.
If you are a beginner like me then here are a few points that you would need to know when it comes to juicing.
Another tip I have learnt is that you need to thoroughly clean your vegetable because you don’t want to get sick as they use all sorts of fertilizer to make your veggies grow.
So let’s build this smoothie.
1.Pick your base. (You can use water, coconut water or even green tea.
2. Pick your greens. (spinach , kale or even water cress)
3. Pick your fruit (These juices tend to get bitter so you should always have a fruit to sweeten things up. )
4. Burst of citrus( You can use a lemon, I used ginger in mine which has a ton of health benefits)
5.You can choose to blend or juice them.
